Starchamber.TV

 This will serve as the contract between Starchamber.TV (or Publisher) and the Advertiser (Client).

The Publisher agrees to display banners in the offered pages on the www.starchamber.tv website and for the time frame and frequency indicated on the Order Form.

Client agrees to provide the Publisher with electronic files of banner artwork according to the specifications described below.

Client will be invoiced upon placement of the advertisement on the Starchamber.TV website.
Payment is due upon placement of order.

Starchamber.TV reserves the right to reject questionable or objectionable advertising.

Starchamber.TV does not guarantee any given level of hits, views or impressions of ads placed on the website.

Client assumes liability for the contents of all advertisements and agree to indemnify the Publisher against any damages and related expenses (including attorneys fees) arising out of such publication.

The Publisher shall have no liability for failure to execute accepted advertising orders because of governmental restrictions, acts of God, accidents, fires, internet outages or any other cause beyond Publisher's control affecting production or distribution. Publisher shall have no liability for damages if, for any reason, Starchamber.TV fails to publish an advertisement. 

Publisher will not be bound by any conditions on contracts, orders or instructions when such conditions conflict with Publisher's policies. 

The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement supersede all prior oral or written understandings between the parties and constitute the entire agreement between them concerning the subject matter of this Agreement and shall not be contradicted, explained or supplemented by any course of dealing between Publisher or any of its affiliates and Agent or any of its affiliates.

There are no understandings or representations, expressed or implied, not expressly set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except in writing and signed by both parties.

Use of the starchamber.tv logo or name within an advertisement is strictly prohibited outside of the use case scenerios detailed on the starchamber.tv website.

Starchamber.TV reserves the right to change or modify the policies, terms, and rates set forth herein without further notice.

The contract regulations set forth herein are final and binding.
It will be presumed that clients have read this information and have agreed to its conditions without any further contact or notice.

ALL ADS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WEB-READY FORMAT!
Acceptable file types are (gif, png, jpeg). No animation.

Web Banner Advertising Agreement
Banner ads are offered in four different pricing options for a two month run (60 days).

All Series - Frontpage
Ads appearing in rotation exclusively on the Starchamber.TV frontpage.

Ads appearing in rotation within all other Starchamber.TV channel pages:

Inside the Starchamber

If during this three month period your agency needs to change it's banner for any reason (typo, product change, etc.) there will be a $150.00 fee assessed per reinsertion.
All ads must be submitted in web-ready format in the banner sizes specified and sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on or before the ad due date specified in the email received upon confirmation of payment.

The order in which starchamber.tv places ads per tier is on a first come first serve basis.
