The Rules

Nebula is holding auditions for all songwriters, drummers, bassists, guitarists, keyboardists, DJ's, MC's & Singers to be candidates for participation in the social forging of a five piece band.

Entries for audition must be submitted through our online submission process.
Entrants must be 16 years old or older to enter the auditions (minors must have the permission of their parent or legal guardian to enter).

Online Auditions:

All songs submitted by songwriters, must be original compositions and be credited solely as the work of the creator listed in the entry form. Entries in violation of any copy right laws, trademarks, intellectual property rights or basic ethical standards will be disqualified immediately and without notice. In all cases, ilibrium/Starchamber.TV/Nebula shall in no way be held liable for any such legal action that results from the submission of unlawful or stolen submissions.

Once materials are submitted, no revisions or alterations to the entry will be allowed or accepted. Entrants may submit multiple auditions under the following conditions: Each audition must be submitted with its own separate registration form and entry fee.

Auditions are submitted through an online submission form. Songwriter song submissions must be in one of the following formats: MP3, WAV. All lyrics must be uploaded into the lyrics field located on the audition submission form.

Nebula DOES NOT own the rights to any submitted material. In all cases, all rights to submitted songs and lyrics are retained by their original creator(s).

Songwriters who submit to Nebula must be prepared to work with professional songwriters & producers, with an understanding that their works may be modified to suit the needs of Nebula's Main Competition. Credit will be applied where credit is warrented. Songwriters contacted by Nebula will be required to sign a contract to continue with the show and provide songs through the remainder of the season.

Songs submitted for use in the main competition may be recorded and performed by a band created in the Nebula process or an unsigned band participating in Nebula. These recordings will be sold by Nebula and or by Nebula affilates and record label(s). Songwriters contributing works to recordings will receive fare and equitable compensation as presented in any contract with Nebula.

All Contestants grant Nebula the right to include any submission in a promotional manner on website(s), social networks and/or in advertisements associated with Nebula & Starchamber.TV for the purposes of marketing and channel development.

It is acknowledged that similar beats, notes, sounds, lyrics or other song elements may be demonstrated in more than one submission and/or in current developments by industry professionals participating in the Nebula. Any overlap of these or similar elements does not entitle any entrant to any compensation or credit.

Employees of Nebula including directors, producers, contractors, agents and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this contest. Any such submission will be immediately invalidated. In addition, this contest is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED or restricted by any Federal, State or Local law.

Nebula holds the right to modify these rules, extend entry cut-off dates and/or change submission fees. Individual submission fees are for the specific audition round in which they are applied, are final upon registration and payment, and will not be altered for that submission.

Winners will be announced on the Starchamber.TV/Nebula website, Intercast™ system & related platforms, press releasees, social media and email. Nebula will not inform non-winners of contest results through any direct means. Winners will be informed directly through email or phone.

There is no transfer of awards or prizes except as Nebula deems necessary and in such a case will be substituted with a cash prize of equal or greater value. Nebula is not responsible for any Federal, State or Local taxes or international customs costs. Once the submission process is completed and the entry is finalized there are no refunds for the entry fee.

By entering your work into Nebula, your agree to indemnify and hold ilibrium, Starchamber.TV, Nebula, our employees, officers, agents, shareholders, affiliates, and partners harmless from any and all claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of submitting your project for consideration into the Nebula Auditions.
